Billing Rates (effective January 1, 2009)

On Site: $110.00/hour
Minimum charge is 1 hour. Includes any work performed on site, such as technical support and troubleshooting, repair services, training, and general consulting. Discount rates can be negotiated for services exceeding 4 consecutive hours or for long term projects. Ask for a quote.

Remote Support: $75/hour
Minimum charge is $25/incident. Remote support includes all services not performed on site, such as phone support, email support, remotely accessing computers or servers for troubleshooting and/or maintenance.

Retainers and maintenance/service contracts are available at discounted rates. Please inquire.
