This is an experiment as I am terrible at tracking and billing for email and phone support. Every year I tell myself that I am going to be more diligent about this and every year I fail. Now, with the downturn in the economy, money flow has become an important issue. Also, it seems that I am providing more and more email and phone support and less and less on site support. Therefore I am going to try this as a means for being compensated for this support that I just cannot seem to bill for myself. Again, thank you.
